People have been taught to lack enthusiasm and to be mediocre. To keep your MLM retention rate high, you’ll inspire your team to act in spite of fear. Successful people achieve MLM success because they don’t let fear stop them. Successful people understand self-worth is preceded by net worth. “People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.” Are you showing your team you care by inspiring them to connect their dreams with the business. Are you inspiring them to focus on the emotional payoffs of the business: living in their dream home in their dream city or dream island, giving to charities, placing their kids in the best schools, buying a house with cash, buying a luxury care with cash, and traveling anywhere at anytime to the best destinations in the world?
