About

Who’s Neef Davidson?

I’m absolutely blessed to be where I am in my life. I’m a single mom [for now :-) ] and since I started my home based/internet business, I’m enjoying being a more active part of my son’s life. I purchased my 1st rental property when I was 24 years old because I absolutely wanted financial independence and I wanted to be a present mom and an active mom for my son. I entered the J.O.B. market in 2006 after the real estate market crashed—>check out the whole story below—>by 2009 I was yearning to be a mompreneur entrepreneur again.

I’m a nutrition geek- I have a degree in nutrition form Georgia State University and I’m also a colon therapist. I was so sick when I was 18 years old, I was being tested for colon cancer over and over again since they couldn’t “diagnose” what was wrong with me. I know what real sickness and pain feels like. So, I focus on being healthy because I unequivocally love using my profits to spoil my loved ones and create a lifestyle I’m satisfied with. I enjoy anything water- swimming, diving, jet skiing, and I love baking, cooking, dancing, traveling and entertaining my friends.

When it comes to personal growth and business, I love inspiring information that stimulates me to be my best- my best productive self  by breaking through self-limitations and making money with leveraged entrepreneurship to afford what I want and do what I want.

I Have One Question For You?

Are You Living Life On Your Terms?

You absolutely can if you choose too and I’ll show you how!

My Entrepreneur Story

9 Real Estate Properties….Then there was none

In 2000, I bought my first rental property while I was still renting myself. After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, I was determined to be a producer and wealth creator instead of a consumer. My goal was to accumulate enough rental properties to be at 100,000 a year NET profit after all taxes and expenses were paid. I knew this would take at least 50 properties and I gave myself 6 years to get it. This would give me financial independence and capital to create other businesses.

My Bankruptcy

In 2005, I was on the verge of bankruptcy and foreclosed on a few of my properties. Now I could blame the market for my failure, however the truth is that I was 24 years old when I started, I didn’t stay focused and accumulate the amount of properties each year to attain my goal, and I was operating in the B/I quadrant while I still had stinking thinking of the E/S quadrant. I also allowed myself to be influenced by  the E/S people in my life. Yes, I was a full time student at GSU for Nutrition and Pre-Med. Yes, I was a single mom with my son’s father living in another state. Yes, I was the buyer, renovations project manager, landlord, evictor, CFO, COO, and CEO of my real estate company…I was doing too much. I learned from my experience then and later from Michael Gerber that most entrepreneurs fail because they are working in their business instead of building and directing their business.

My J.O.B.

In 2006, I get a sales job at AT&T Advertising selling yellow pages and internet advertising to business owners. Business to Business sales was a great experience for me and I still use the knowledge I gained from it today. I did well there and won a few awards for #1 sales person.

Knowing My Business Worth

My heart wasn’t content augmenting the profits of this billionaire company. I left to go to another business to business advertising sales job to only be faced with more clarity that I want to create and build my wealth my way, on my terms! I asked myself is this all you’re worthy of, building someone else’s dream? NO! I am worthy of building my own dreams!

Choosing Entrepreneurship…Choosing To Give Value…Choosing To Inspire

In 2009, I finally get it! I’m understanding what Network Marketing, Relationship Marketing, and Internet Marketing is all about. You see when my income went down in real estate I joined Xango. I didn’t get it and I dabbled in a few others while working at AT&T and Idearc Media. Now in 2009, I’m starting to LEARNhow to build and how to market a MLM business. I’m learning the importance of connecting and building relationships. I’m learning how to GIVE value for the sake of giving value. I’m learning internet marketing and I LOVE IT.

Loving Internet Marketing

2010, I’m taking what I’ve learned and creating my actions of success-IMPLEMENTATION. I see many get bogged down with information, constantly studying the next best Internet Marketing Guru and giving no actions to the 2 THINGS NETWORK MARKETERS GET PAID FOR: Selling products and Enrolling People.

Relationship Marketing…Go-Giver

I’ve combined my real estate experience, my business to business sales experience, and my natural ability to train, inspire, connect, and build relationships with people with internet marketing, attraction marketing, and offline marketing strategies to create wealth in free enterprise. I’ve collaborated with the top entrepreneurs in the home based business industry to create and achieve the results I know I deserve. I learned from my personal mentor and coach, Jeffery Combs that you deserve to get out off your way and know your worth. I’m only connecting with OSP- Opportunity Seeking People who know what they deserve, know their worth, and are willing to learn the necessary skills to create wealth from the comfort of home. If you are considering making your dreams a reality by creating wealth from the comfort of your home, I’m personally inviting you to collaborate with us and GET IN THE GAME!>>>> GoldenOpportunist.com
