Total 33.8 pounds abnormal fat gone
It’s about 7 pm 1/26/11, day 2 of no dosing and i decided to start my low carb phase 3 about 32 hours early. Yep I didn’t follow the 3 day no dose rule. I’m curious to see what happens in the morning when i weigh myself, especially since i still ate around 500 calories worth of wings. Dr. Simeons says to go by the last weight of your last dose day for keeping within the 2 pound window of weight gain or weight loss. That would be 210.6 for me but for some reason I’m wondering why Dr. Simeons doesn’t want us to use the weight of the morning of our 1st no dose day since that’s the weight that reflects the affect the last two doses from the day before. If you have some knowledge on this, drop me a comment- thanks!
I’ve said before that I was going to do a few do me days and eat whatever I want! And some chocolate or a tiramisu cake made by Chef Bob at Pastry A Go Go would be good especially since my normal chocolate craving is here on my menses. Then to stop myself from eating chocolate tonight, I decided to read Dr. Simeons’ book on “Concluding The Course”
He says, “It takes about 3 weeks before the weight reached at the end of the treatment becomes stable, i.e. does not show violent fluctuations after an occasional excess. During this period patients must realize that the so-called carbohydrates, that is sugar, rice, bread, potatoes, pastries etc, are by far the most dangerous. If no carbohydrates whatsoever are eaten, fats can be indulged in somewhat more liberally and even small quantities of alcohol, such as a glass of wine with meals, does no harm, but as soon as fats and starch are combined things are very liable to get out of hand. This has to be observed very carefully during the first 3 weeks after the treatment is ended otherwise disappointments are almost sure to occur.”
So, here I am again thinking about changing my mind about my do-me days. Now I’m resourceful, so maybe I’ll get my icecream maker attachment, make stevia sweetened ice cream and make stevia sweetened ganache, and whatever else i can create as a satisfying treat without doing what the doctor calls “most dangerous” Wow why is it the combination of starches and fat taste so good BUT it’s most dangerous!
In the meantime until this weekend I’ll keep marinating on to do me or not to do me
