If you think you can do a thing or think you can’t do a thing, you’re right.- Henry Ford

The Power of The Mind…or the weakness of the mind is a very powerful or weak thing- it’s always your call. Through my blog, facebook, phone calls, and face to face conversations, I’ve told many people about my HCG diet experience and offered some friendly guidance for those who are  serious about doing their own HCG protocol. Several of my friends and my aunt have already started and I’m sure several more will start in the future God-willing. To my friends and family I want you to know I’m immensely proud of you for doing something out of the ordinary to get the results you know you deserve without caring what people may say or think.

Most of all i’m inspired by you for going after what you deserve without limiting yourself!!! Which brings me to why I titled this post…

Oh I Can’t Do That…The HCG Diet

I’ve heard many EXCUSES about why people feel they “can’t” do the HCG diet. I don’t have time to cook. That’s too much- i gotta weight my food! I can’t do it because i drink. I can’t do it because i smoke. I can’t prepare two separate meals for me and my family. And it goes on and on and on til the break of dawn.

T. Harv Eker said, “How you do one thing is how you do everything.” If you have an “I Can’t” mentality about the HCG Diet, I’m absolutely, positively sure that you have an “I Can’t” and an I make excuses mentality about many other aspects of your life. Just take a real reality look at your life- not the delusional look and you’ll see how you haven’t accomplished many things you’re commended for. You’ll see your contribution to yourself, your family, and your community is dismal. I’m speaking to myself first, so i know this reality look isn’t the easiest cookie to eat- eat it anyway because the outcome is sweeter than you think.

If you think you can do a thing or think you can’t do a thing, you’re right.

A diet, a move to a new city, a career change, a divorce, a new relationship, getting over a phobia, rehab, starting a business, writing a book, learning a new language, traveling the world, being debt free…whatever it is – If you think you can, or think you can’t, you’re right!

Peace, And Don’t Make Excuses Make Improvements
